165-10. Transfer of veterans' activities.
165‑10. Transfer of veterans' activities.
The Governor may transfer to the Department such funds, facilities, properties and activities now being held or administered by the State for the benefit of veterans, their families and dependents, as he may deem proper; provided, that the provisions of this section shall not apply to the activities of the Department of Commerce, Division of Employment Security, in respect to veterans.
