58‑92‑45. Disposition of penalties.
The clear proceeds of civil penalties and forfeitures provided for in this Article shall be remitted to the Civil Penalty and Forfeiture Fund in accordance with G.S. 115C‑457.2. (2007‑451, s. 1.)
