140‑12. Department of Administration authorized to provide space for Art Society.
Subject to the approval of the Governor, the Department of Administration is authorized and empowered to set apart, for the administration of the affairs of the North Carolina State Art Society, Incorporated, space in any of the public buildings in Wake County which may be so used without interference with the conduct of the business of the State.(1961, c. 1152; 1983, c. 717, ss. 52, 53; 1985 (Reg.
