9-914 - Resubmission of defeated propositions.

    § 9-914 Resubmission of defeated propositions. A proposition submitted
  in  pursuance  of  section  9-912 of this article or of section 9-900 of
  this article and which has been defeated, or in the case of a permissive
  referendum in which the  action  of  the  board  of  trustees  has  been
  disapproved  by  a role of the electors, shall not again be submitted to
  such electors until after the expiration of three months  or  until  the
  next general village election, whichever shall be the later.
