96 - Government of incorporated Christian Orthodox Catholic churches of the Eastern Confession.

    §  96. Government of incorporated Christian Orthodox Catholic churches
  of the Eastern Confession. The six lay  members  of  every  incorporated
  Christian  Orthodox  Catholic  church  of the Eastern Confession in this
  state,  incorporated  on  or  after  April   ninth,   nineteen   hundred
  twenty-three,  signing  the certificate of incorporation, and the rector
  shall be the trustees of such church for the first year or  until  their
  successors  are  selected according to the by-laws of such church or the
  rules and usages of the denomination to which such church  belongs.  The
  trustees  of every such church incorporated before April ninth, nineteen
  hundred twenty-three, shall consist of the rector and such other persons
  as may be selected according to the by-laws of such church or the  rules
  and usages of the denomination to which such church belongs.
