    § 1336. Certain businesses prohibited; enforcement; violation.  1. All
  departments  of  health  or the commissioner or commissioners thereof in
  any incorporated city of this state shall  have  power  to  enforce  the
  provisions of section thirteen hundred thirty-five of this chapter.
    2.  Any  person  violating  the provisions of section thirteen hundred
  thirty-five of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of
  a misdemeanor.
