    * § 343-z. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the
  "Westchester  County  Korean  War  Veterans  Memorial Highway". All that
  portion of the state highway system beginning at the Westchester  County
  line  in  the  town of Yorktown, county of Westchester, constituting the
  Taconic State Parkway, and continuing in a generally southerly direction
  on the Taconic State Parkway, and terminating at the NY-100/NY-133  exit
  toward  Briarcliff  Manor/Millwood  in the town of New Castle, county of
  Westchester, shall be designated and be known as the "Westchester County
  Korean War Veterans Memorial Highway".
