ANNOTATIONS
Repeals. — Laws 1997, ch. 168, § 15 repealed 24-7-1 to 24-7-10 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 287, §§ 1 to 10 and Laws 1984, ch. 99, § 6, the Right to Die Act, effective July 1, 1997. Laws 1984, ch. 99, § 9, repealed 24-7-11 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 287, § 11. For present comparable provisions, see Chapter 24, Article 7A NMSA 1978.
