Repeals. — Laws 1999, ch. 270, § 10 repealed 23-7-1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1973, ch. 378, § 1, relating to pilot demonstration centers, effective July 1, 1999. Laws 1999, ch. 270, § 10 repealed the Community Mental Health Services Act, 23-7-2 to 23-7-12 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1975, ch. 104, §§ 1 to 11, effective July 1, 1999.
