Chapter 77 - Animals and Livestock
Article 14 - Trespass and Running at Large
Section 77-14-14 - [Replevin of animals; bond.] (1919)

The party owning said animals may replevin the same at any time in the same manner and form as is provided in replevin actions. Provided, however, that the bond given shall be conditioned as follows:

The condition of this bond is that,
