63-9C-6. Department cooperation.
Subject to state and federal statutes and regulations governing the sharing of confidential information, the department shall cooperate with the commission and the local exchange companies in identifying those persons eligible for assistance pursuant to the Low Income Telephone Service Assistance Act [63-9C-1 NMSA 1978].
