6-12A-12. Authority for issuance.

The Short-Term Cash Management Act [6-12A-1 NMSA 1978], without reference to any other statute, shall be full authority for the issuance and sale of anticipation notes and shall have all the qualities of investment securities under the Uniform Commercial Code [55-1-101 NMSA 1978].
