59A-33-2. Scope of article.
The Workers' Compensation Assigned Risk Pool Law [Chapter 59A, Article 33 NMSA 1978] shall apply only as to contracts of workers' compensation insurance. Such contracts shall also be subject to the applicable provisions of Chapter 59A, Article 18 NMSA 1978.
