58-22-30. Exemption from authority of secretary of commerce and industry [superintendent of regulation and licensing]

The responsibilities and authority of the director of the financial institutions division under the Escrow Company Act [58-22-1 NMSA 1978] are hereby explicitly exempted from the authority of the secretary of commerce and industry [superintendent of regulation and licensing] as set forth in Subsection B of Section 9-2-5 NMSA 1978.
