57-24-2. Food products delivery guarantees; definition.
As used in the Food Products Delivery Guarantee Act [57-24-1 to 57-24-4 NMSA 1978], "food products delivery guarantee" means any statement guaranteeing or warranting the time of delivery of any food product or service.
