Citations in the following forms are adequate for all purposes:
A. session laws: "Laws 1995, Chapter 1, Section 1" or "L. 1995, Ch. 1, § 1"; and
B. annotated statutes: "§ 1-1-1 NMSA 1978" or "Section 1-1-1 NMSA 1978".
