51-1-39. [Saving clause.]
This act [ 51-1-38, 51-1-39 NMSA 1978] does not apply to offenses committed prior to the effective date of this act. Such offenses are subject to punishment as provided by the Unemployment Compensation Law [Chapter 51 NMSA 1978] in force at the time the offense was committed.
