Section 188-H:11 - Institutional Training.

188-H:11 Institutional Training. –
Each institution of higher education shall ensure that its Title IX coordinator and members of its special or campus police force or the campus safety personnel employed by the institution are educated in the awareness of sexual misconduct and in trauma-informed response.
