Title 188-E - Regional Career and Technical Education (Cte)
Section 188-E:23 - Duties.

    188-E:23 Duties. –
I. The advisory council shall advise the department of education in the following areas relative to the implementation of advanced manufacturing curriculum:
(a) Curriculum expansion and revision.
(b) Curriculum eligibility requirements.
(c) Curriculum quality.
(d) Fund raising from private and other sources.
(e) Allocation of funds necessary for the curriculum.
II. The advisory council may accept funds from public and private sources for the purpose of supporting private and nonprofit manufacturing workforce development training efforts. Such funds shall be deposited into the advanced manufacturing education fund established under RSA 188-E:23-a. The advisory council shall, by majority vote, provide grants for training outside of the public education system, including apprenticeships, work readiness, and employee training, based on available funds.
