Section 374:17 - Neglect to Report.

NH Rev Stat § 374:17 (2015) What's This?

    374:17 Neglect to Report. – If any public utility shall neglect or refuse to make and file any report within a time specified by the commission, or shall neglect or refuse to make specific answer to any question lawfully asked by the commission, it shall forfeit to the state the sum of $100 for each day it shall continue to be in default with respect to such report or answer, unless it shall be excused by the commission from making such report or answer, or unless the time for making the same shall be extended by the commission.
