Section 184:87 - Procedure.

184:87 Procedure. – Before denial or revocation of a license the commissioner shall give written notice stating that such action is contemplated and giving reasons therefor. Such notice shall appoint a time of hearing and shall be sent by certified mail. On the day of hearing the licensee may present such evidence as he deems fit before the milk sanitation board.
