Section 184:73 - Statements, for Vendors.

    184:73 Statements, for Vendors. – The owner, operator or manager of each receiving station for milk or cream shall make and deliver at least monthly to each vendor a statement such as the commissioner may deem proper, stating the quantity of milk and cream delivered by said vendor during the period covered by the statement, the price per unit paid for such milk or cream, and, in the absence of an agreement in writing to the contrary, the butterfat content as determined by tests approved by the commissioner. Any party failing to render such a statement shall be guilty of a violation.
