Section 184:71 - Station Records.

    184:71 Station Records. – The owner, operator or manager of each receiving station where milk or cream is bought and paid for on the basis of butterfat content shall keep on file for at least one year all the original records of butterfat tests of milk and cream made of each vendor's product. Such original records shall contain the names or numbers of vendors whose butterfat tests are made, the percentage of butterfat contained in said vendor's milk or cream, the period of time which said tests cover, and shall be signed by the licensed tester who made the test.
