    184:63 Testing, Samples. – The commissioner, or his deputy, may enter upon the premises of a receiving station and upon any place where milk or cream is received for transportation, and take samples drawn for the purpose of testing butterfat content or the various constituents of milk or cream, which is on the premises or in the possession of an employee, or may take samples from vendors' deliveries for the purpose of testing the same.
