Section 184:60 - Weight Certificate for Milk.

    184:60 Weight Certificate for Milk. – Every person who shall receive any milk or cream at a receiving station shall upon receipt of said milk or cream furnish to the producer a certificate of weight which shall contain the name and address of the receiving station, the name or account number of the producer, the weight of the milk or cream received, and the date of its receipt. Any person who refuses or fails to furnish such weight certificate shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. It shall be the duty of the commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food to enforce the provisions hereof.
