Section 184:30-c - Exceptions.

NH Rev Stat § 184:30-c (2015) What's This?

    184:30-c Exceptions. – Nothing contained in RSA 184:30-b shall be construed to prevent the sale of pasteurized milk in mixed drinks at soda fountains nor shall it serve to prohibit the serving of pasteurized milk or other pasteurized fluid milk products from dispensers approved by the commissioner of health and human services, provided the dispensing container shall be filled at a milk pasteurization plant and shall be sealed with 2 seals in such a manner as to make it impossible to withdraw any part of its contents without breaking one seal, and impossible to introduce any substance without breaking the other. The commissioner of the department of health and human services shall adopt rules relative to granting exceptions to the provisions of RSA 183:30-b relative to the dispensing of cream, whipped cream, and coffee cereal special as well as to the serving of milk or other fluid milk products at hospitals and other institutions.
