NH Rev Stat § 332-G:7 (2013) What's This?

    332-G:7 Military Service Occupational Experience or Training. – Every board or commission shall adopt rules under RSA 541-A to allow applicants before the regulatory board or commission to use directly relevant experience or training acquired in the armed services, as defined in RSA 21:50, II, as satisfactory experience or training required for such licensure, certification, or registration. This section shall not eliminate any requirement for examination of applicants. The rules may provide for any or all of the following:
    I. Apprenticeship credit when required for licensure or certification, for directly related experience.
    II. Inclusion of experience or training as prior experience in the regulated occupation or profession.
    III. Military training or education as satisfaction of prerequisites for licensure, certification, or registration by a board or commission.
