NH Rev Stat § 310-A:123 (2013) What's This?

    310-A:123 Receipts and Disbursements. – The board may employ such investigators, clerical assistants, and other assistants as are necessary for the proper performance of its work and may make expenditures for any purpose which is reasonably necessary for the proper performance of its duties under this subdivision, including the reasonable expenses of the board's delegate to meetings and membership dues. The board may, with the approval of the attorney general, hire counsel and investigators and pay the reasonable expenses of such counsel and investigators for the investigation and prosecution of any violation of this subdivision.
