Chapter 0 - PRELIMINARY CHAPTER
NRS 0.055 - "Sexual orientation" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 0.055 (2022)
Except as otherwise expressly provided in a particular statute or required by the context, "sexual orientation" and any variation of that term means having or being perceived as having an orientation for heterosexuality, homosexuality or bisexuality.
