Chapter 97B - Consumer Protection From Predatory Interest
NRS 97B.130 - Consumer form contracts: Provisions that violate chapter void; enforceability of other provisions.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 97B.130 (2022)

A provision in a consumer form contract that violates this chapter shall be void and unenforceable. A court may refuse to enforce other provisions of the consumer form contract as equity may require.
