Chapter 706A - Transportation Network Companies
NRS 706A.220 - Contract between company and Department of Health and Human Services authorized.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 706A.220 (2022)
A transportation network company may enter into a contract with any agency of the Department of Health and Human Services to provide assistance in transportation pursuant to the programs administered by the agency.
