Chapter 706A - Transportation Network Companies
NRS 706A.042 - "Limousine driver" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 706A.042 (2022)
"Limousine driver" means a person who has been issued a driver’s permit by the Authority pursuant to NRS 706.462 and is employed or under a contract to operate a limousine for a limousine motor carrier.
