Chapter 704 - Regulation of Public Utilities Generally
NRS 704.79879 - Amendment may be filed as amendment to resource plan.

An electric utility may file an amendment to a transmission infrastructure for a clean energy economy plan as an amendment to its resource plan as provided in NRS 704.751.
