Chapter 704 - Regulation of Public Utilities Generally
NRS 704.0136 - "Inmate calling service" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 704.0136 (2022)
"Inmate calling service" means a calling service that allows a person confined in a correctional facility to make intrastate calls to persons outside the correctional facility in which the person is being confined, regardless of the technology used to deliver the service.
