Chapter 701 - Energy Policy
NRS 701.762 - "Storage-type" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 701.762 (2022)
"Storage-type":
1. Means a water cooler that stores thermally conditioned water in a tank and makes such water available instantaneously.
2. Includes point-of-use, dry storage compartment and bottled water coolers.
