Chapter 701 - Energy Policy
NRS 701.736 - "Heating gas fireplace" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 701.736 (2022)
"Heating gas fireplace" means a vented fireplace, including, without limitation, an appliance that is freestanding, recessed or zero clearance or a gas fireplace insert, that is:
1. Fueled by natural gas or propane; and
2. Not a decorative gas fireplace.
