Chapter 701 - Energy Policy
NRS 701.714 - "Commercial oven" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 701.714 (2022)
"Commercial oven" means a chamber designed for heating, roasting or baking food by conduction, convection, radiation or electromagnetic energy and which is distributed for industrial or commercial use.
