Chapter 701 - Energy Policy
NRS 701.702 - "Air purifier" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 701.702 (2022)
"Air purifier" means an electric, cord-connected, portable appliance with the primary function of removing particulate matter from the air and which can be moved from room to room.
