Chapter 696C - Administrative Supervision of Insurers
NRS 696C.020 - "Commissioner" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 696C.020 (2022)
"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Insurance and, if applicable:
1. A deputy of the Commissioner; or
2. The Division.
