Chapter 695K - Public Option
NRS 695K.110 - "Trust Fund" defined. [Effective January 1, 2026.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 695K.110 (2022)
"Trust Fund" means the Public Option Trust Fund created by NRS 695K.300.
