Chapter 683A - Persons Involved in Sale or Administration of Insurance
NRS 683A.193 - "Offer and disseminate" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 683A.193 (2022)
"Offer and disseminate" means the provision of general information, including, without limitation, a description of the coverage and price of travel insurance, as well as the processing of applications, collection of premiums and performance of other activities that are allowed without obtaining a license issued pursuant to this chapter.
