Chapter 673 - Savings Banks
NRS 673.777 - "Designated reporter" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 673.777 (2022)
"Designated reporter" means a person designated by a savings bank to receive reports of known or suspected exploitation of an older person or vulnerable person pursuant to NRS 673.807.
