Chapter 673 - Savings Banks
NRS 673.302 - Limitation on borrowing.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 673.302 (2022)
The aggregate amount of all borrowings of any savings bank shall not exceed an amount which would impair the insurance of the accounts of the savings bank by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
