Chapter 673 - Savings Banks
NRS 673.214 - Election of officers.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 673.214 (2022)
The board of directors of a savings bank shall elect the officers named in the bylaws of the savings bank, which officers shall serve at the pleasure of the board of directors.
