Chapter 673 - Savings Banks
NRS 673.0313 - "Savings association" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 673.0313 (2022)
"Savings association" means a savings association, savings and loan association or other depository institution chartered under this chapter before June 3, 2017.
