Chapter 673 - Savings Banks
NRS 673.0077 - "Federal savings bank" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 673.0077 (2022)
"Federal savings bank" means any type of federal savings association organized pursuant to the Home Owners’ Loan Act of 1933, 12 U.S.C. §§ 1461 to 1468, inclusive.
