Chapter 673 - Savings Banks
NRS 673.0057 - "Deposit" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 673.0057 (2022)
"Deposit" means that part of the liability of a savings bank which is credited to the account of the holder thereof and is eligible to be insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
