Chapter 656A - Sign Language Interpreters and Realtime Captioning Providers
NRS 656A.0625 - "Primary or secondary educational setting" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 656A.0625 (2022)
"Primary or secondary educational setting" means all communication relating to participation by pupils in educational programming or any other activity provided by or through a public school, school district or private school in this State.
