NRS 649.369 - Collection of medical debt: Protections may not be waived.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 649.369 (2022)
The protections set forth in NRS 649.366, 649.367 and 649.368 are for the benefit of medical debtors and cannot be waived.
