Chapter 648 - Private Investigators, Private Patrol Officers, Polygraphic Examiners, Process Servers, Repossessors, Dog Handlers and Registered Employees
NRS 648.0066 - "Information security" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 648.0066 (2022)
"Information security" has the meaning ascribed to it in 44 U.S.C. § 3552. The term includes restoring the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information and information systems after a data breach, suspected data breach or other data security incident.
